Who makes all the handmade items?
Most of the handmade items are made by Lorina Daiana {the owner of Creative Balorina}. If items are made by anyone else, that will be in the description of the item along with credit to the creator.

Where do you find the ‘treasured finds products’ ?
All over places, I go treasure hunting for beautiful items are great prices :)

What’s included in a package when it ships?
All items are shipped in bubble wrap envelopes for extra protection / each product comes with a tag depending on the category you shopped from / a card to say thank you which includes a scratch-off that has either a coupon, a quote, a joke, or a photo / a certificate of authentication – if you request it {only for the handmade items} / one or two business cards of mine

What’s your return policy?
When you buy an items you have to agree to the terms & conditions which state “If there’s anything wrong with your item you may return it within 14 days in new condition. You cannot return an item that you damaged or stained. You have to pay for the shipping as well. To get a return email us at creativebalorina@yahoo.com with the subject ‘return product’”

What if I want to send an items as a gift?
You can email me prior to purchasing an items if you want to send it as a gift, I will tell you the details from there. You can ask for a custom card to go with it as well.

~ All handmade items are one of a kind! This means no one else in the WHOLE world will have an exact one as yours :)

~ 10% of the profits go to charity {currently a orphanage in mexico} & 5% goes towards contest prizes for you guys!

~ Profits are divided up as such:

The Charity money I split it on what God puts on my heart. For example we do a mission trip to Mexico once a year to a kids orphanage and broken down villages {that’s an example where I’d put that money}.

Contests I try to have multiple ones spread out but sometime I’ll save the money for a bigger prize.
