Have you ever had Nutella?

If you have then you are probably addicted to it by now :P

If you haven’t DON’T try it.. cuz you WILL be addicted! haha

So for those that are sucked in to the goodness of nutella, here’s a fun way to mix it up and turn it into a lovely hot coco.

What you’ll need: for 2 servings, or one big cup all to yourself ;)
2 cups of milk, 1/4 cup of Nutella, some whip cream and if you want some marshmellos

Step one: Turn on your stove and put a saucepan over it, pour your 2 cups of milk
Step two: Add the Nutella in the milk
Step three: Stir until the Nutella and milk is mixed well and gets to a good temperature
Step four: pour into cup (taste a little to make sure it’s still not cold, if it is then put it in the microwave for a little big)
Step five: Add whip cream and marshmellos
Step six: Enjoy!

p.s. as it cools off a little it creates a thin layer on top of the coco that makes it even more delicious! :P

And then snuggle up in your cozy blankets and watch your favorite movie (chick-flick preferably.. yess – my choice “P.S. I love you” )

Enjoy <3

INSPIRATION:
We had a box of apples today so me and my mom decided to make some yummy desert. Its basically apples + cake + burned sugar = yum
Here are the ingredients:
3 cups of sugar {for the burned sugar}
6-7 apples
and for the cake batter:
6 eggs
5 spoons of milk
250g of sugar
250g of white flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Directions:
1) burn the 3 cups of sugar on a rectangle tray {this is where you will cook the whole thing}
~ make sure its evenly spread
2) then put it on the side to cool off
3) while its cooling off – separate the eggs and leave them to get room temperature
4) slice the apples
5) put the sliced apples on the burned sugar
~ make even layers
6) spread a spoon of cinnamon on top
7) put that aside until you make the cake mix
8) put the egg whites in a mixer and mix until they are fluffy like whip cream {slow mix}
9) add half of the 250g of sugar in the mixer
10) mix the rest of the sugar with the yolk and add the 1/2 baking powder and the 5 spoons of milk on top
~ you are mixing this with a spoon and lightly
11) slowly pour that in the mixer on top of the rest and mix at a slow speed
12) once it seemes mixed in slowly add the white flour and mix it with a large spoon
13) put that mix above the apple tray and spread it evenly making sure all the apples are covered
14) put the tray in the oven for 350 degrees for about 30 min then switch it to 275 degrees
15) to know when its done, use a toothpick, insert it into the cake, if it comes out clean then its done
16) Right as you pull it out, get a larger tray, put it over the cake, flip it upside down {so the apples are on top} hit the bottom of the tray with a nife or something to make the cake fall in the new tray..

then cut a slice, add some whip cream and enjoy <3
