DESCRIPTION:
.kids.pinata.
INSPIRATION:
We had a park day with our church and there were soo many kids. It was tons of fun tho, and I had some ‘tea time’ with water bottles and some ‘cooking cake’ out of sand.. lol fun times..
So the kids had a pinata and it was hilarious watching them, they wanted that candy so bad haha.
one of the girls made this for me (so cute huh?)
this one was funny cuz the girl who made this for my brother didn't know his name so she put 'myself' instead LOL

INSPIRATION:
Unfortunately I ran out of time on this vbs project because I thought it was postponed so I don’t have more photos. But this Sunday I got beads for the kids with letters and fun shapes and we made bracelets! {The younger ones made foam crosses, I wish I photographed those cuz some were so precious with upside-down letters and all haha}. But here is 2 bracelets the kids made.

Ah today was fun, and definitively exhausting! The kids loved the craft project :]

DESCRIPTION:

INSPIRATION:
Last week’s vbs {vacation bible study} the older kids told me they are tired of drawing or coloring and they want a fun project. The craft book said to do journals this week but when I mentioned it to the kids they didn’t want to do it except for maybe 1 or 2 girls haha. SO As the message goes it tires to compare how the bible recorded stories that happened during that time and now we can record in our journals what happens.. but I will say we can record with photos stories. SO I created photobooth props! I made a set and they will trace their favorite and cut it themselves out of foam paper, and they can add details with feathers or glitter and etc then we’ll help them put it on a stick. The younger kids will just have the masks with elastic and they will color and draw on them, the middle ages will get to cut out their shapes and the older kids will cut and glitter and feather their masks / mustaches / glasses / etc. :]
Then I shall take photos for them with a fabric background or a whiteboard that we’ll decorate. It shall be fun!

INSPIRATION:
For VBS {vacation bible school} this week the craft book said to make bandannas and for the kids to color them. In the book it said to buy Muslin fabric and then cut it into squares {which I needed 51}. I went to Joans to look for the fabric and was crushed when I found out the fabric would cost 87$ {even after my 40% off coupon} so there was no way I could afford it.. my budget was about $20 for each week. My mom remembered seeing something like bandannas at the 99c store so we went to look and we were both surprised when we found white, exactly 10×10 sized ‘mens handkerchiefs’ which were made of muslin fabric and sewn at the edges. We found exactly 51 of them and they were 3 in a pack which came out to less than $20 :]
God is good.

DESCRIPTION:
.Christmas.
INSPIRATION:
For day 2 of the VBS series the project is to make Christmas ornaments and teach the kids that its important to take good care of them so they last till Christmas. I bought the stars, string, bells, & tape at Michaels and the color page was scanned from the VBS book and then I cut the individual circles.

DESCRIPTION:
.vbs.gold pouch.
INSPIRATION:
I am the craft teacher for VBS at church and I had to prepare the crafts for tomorrow. I got rectangle felt fabric and cut circles {for 60 kids} then drew the dots for where I then clipped the fabric for the string to go through. I cut 60 strings at 36 inches and put it through 15 circles for the younger kids {the older ones will do it themselves}. Now they can design their little pouches and put beads at the ends as they wish!
The message is basically that God is the Only Truth and Life and there’s alot of fakes out there just like theres real gold and fools gold {which is why we are making gold pouches}.
